1. GENERAL INFORMATION:
‍100 collectors is operated by One Hundred Collectors FZ-LLC, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
Our activities include art consultancy, community building, organizing events, publishing cultural content, and providing members with exclusive access to curated opportunities and gated content.

Until our full transition is complete, certain payments for existing members may still be processed through We Don’t Do Flowers, Contemporary Art Consultancy Unipessoal LDA (Portugal), the company originally used to launch 100 collectors. This arrangement is temporary and administrative only; all new memberships and operations are now managed by One Hundred Collectors FZ-LLC.

‍2. MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
‍Membership Term: Membership to 100 collectors is annual, with a one-year commitment. Members can choose to pay either:
€750 per year, paid upfront, or
€75 per month, billed monthly over the course of a one-year membership.
Regardless of the payment plan chosen, membership represents a full-year commitment.

Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership at the end of the annual term by providing one month’s notice before the renewal date.
Cancellations made before the end of the annual term do not relieve the member from completing the full payment commitment for that year.

Refunds: No refunds are provided for unused membership time or early termination.

3. PAYMENT AND FEES
‍Payment Methods:
We accept payments via credit card (processed through Stripe) and cryptocurrency.

Additional Fees and Taxes:
There are no additional fees or taxes associated with the membership.

‍4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
‍
By becoming a member of 100 collectors, you agree to:
‍-Respectful Behavior: Interact with other members in a respectful and professional manner.
-Non-Commercial Use: The community and gated resources may not be used for personal promotion or commercial gain unless explicitly authorized.
-Community Focus: Discussions within the Telegram group must remain focused on art collecting. Broader topics are welcome in person but not on the Telegram platform.
-Access to Content: We curate and select the content, events, and opportunities shared with members. While submissions are welcome, the final decision to promote or feature them rests with the 100 collectors team to maintain an unbiased, curated approach.

‍5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & USE
Ownership: All content on the platform — including gated content, videos, and written materials — is owned by One Hundred Collectors FZ-LLC.Articles published on the platform are jointly owned by both their authors and 100 collectors.

Usage Restrictions: Members may not share, reproduce, or distribute any gated or exclusive content without prior written consent from both 100 collectors and the respective authors.

‍6. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership by giving one month’s notice before renewal. Access to gated content and member privileges will cease at the end of the membership period.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate membership or access to the platform if members engage in inappropriate behavior, misuse community channels, or excessively promote their own projects without authorization.

‍7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We aim to resolve disputes through open discussion and mediation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any legal proceedings shall take place under UAE jurisdiction.

No Financial Advice: While 100 collectors provides advisory and art consultation services, we are not financial advisers.
Art or NFT acquisitions are made at the sole discretion of the member. Our services do not constitute financial advice and do not promote art purchases as investments.

Limitation of Liability: Our services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or suitability of information provided.We are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of the website, membership, or any associated services.

Our project and services continue to evolve.
These Terms — along with the Privacy Policy — may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or structural changes.
The latest version will always be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
